The hotel offers 53 air-conditioned guestrooms and suites in eight small buildings containing 1-3 floors without elevators. Peach exteriors trimmed in yellow and green and red-tile roofs create a tropical look. Rooms and suites don't include televisions, but all provide patios or balconies furnished with cushioned sitting chairs and two-chair dining sets. Decor includes white walls and ceilings, terra-cotta-tile floors, and tropical fabrics. All Inclusive Plan - Rate includes the following:

What to expect: Compact and quiet, the hotel appeals to budget-minded, middle-age adult couples seeking sunshine, rest and relaxation, and social conversation with other guests. A loyal clientele from the U.K., Canada, and the U.S. comes back year after year. Amenity highlights: Surrounded by gardens and tall trees, a medium-size free-form pool, eight-person spa tub, and sundeck furnished with lounge chairs offer swimming, soaking, and sunbathing. Two stairways lead down a 30-foot-high coral-rock bluff to a 50-yard beach. The Caribbean Sea washes all the way up the beach to the bluff during high tide and retreats during low tide so lounge chairs can be placed on dry sand. Insider tip: Water taxis to four nearby companion hotels are complimentary. Crystal Cove Hotel (300 yards away) and Turtle Beach are both all inclusive, and Coconut Creek Hotel guests may dine at both hotels without additional charge. Coconut Creek Hotel guests receive credits to partially cover food costs (not drinks) in restaurants at the other two west-coast hotels, Colony Club and Tamarind Cove.

As part of the All Inclusive Plan, Coconut Creek Hotel guests enjoy access to a companion hotel, Crystal Cove Hotel, 300 yards away. That hotel includes a complimentary kids' clubhouse offering supervised activities and video movies and games to children age 3-11, with day sessions available as well as evening sessions when demand warrants. The All Inclusive Plan also includes water sports at a companion hotel, Crystal Cove Hotel, which is a 300-yard walk or short, complimentary water-taxi ride away. Crystal Cove offers snorkeling gear, windsurfers, boogie boards, kayaks, and Sunfish and Hobie Cat sailboats. Also included are water skiing, tubing, banana-boat rides, and 30-minute snorkeling excursions to a sunken-barge area on the resort's boat. Use of Crystal Cove's two lighted tennis courts is also included. Independent operators on Crystal Cove's beach rent Jet Skis and arrange scuba diving and parasailing (surcharges).
